Hi, everyone! It is important to have lots of spices, oils, seasonings, and non-perishable items on hand in order to mix up your cooking! Eating healthy is only boring when you do not mix up the flavors and seasonings! I am going to share with you my pantry staples that I use daily. Hopefully this gives you some inspiration to start cooking and to enjoy eating healthy : )


ALL Items Are FRIDGE FREE!


Spices

- ground black pepper

- himilayan pink salt

- garlic powder

- onion powder

- paprika

- chili powder

- ANY Flavor God seasonings

- nutritional yeast

- red pepper flakes

- italian seasoning

- cinnamon

- stevia

- monk fruit


Sauces / Oils / Spreads

- avocado oil spray

- olive oil

- salsa

- siracha

- habanero sauce

- buffalo sauce

- PB2 powder

- honey

- cocao nibs

- flax seeds

- chia seeds


Protein

- protein bars (RX Bars, One Bars, Alani Nu Bars, Macro Bars, Luna Bars)

- chickpeas

- any kind of bean

- natural almond butter (only ingredient being almonds)

- natural peanut butter (only ingredient being peanuts)

- protein powder (whey or vegan)



Drinks

- zevia

- boxed unsweetened almond/oat/cashew milk

- Celsius energy drinks

- K-Cup Pods (coffee)

- Tea Bags (of any sort)

- crystal light packets



Snacks

- popcorn (bags to pop or pre-popped)

- Chickpea Puffs

- Smart Sweets

- Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.)

- rice cakes


Cooking Supplies

- parchment paper

- tin-foil

- Tupperware
