What's in my Backpack?: Essentials

Hey everyone! Since school is back and in full force, I figured I would give you guys a list of what is all in my backpack! Enjoy this post, and maybe you will find some things to add to your backpack as well.
1. Planner: Link Here ($9.99)
- I got my planner at TJ Maxx, and I honestly am obsessed with it. I have to buy a big planner, because I swear if I do not write something down, then I forget it! They have so many cute planners in their stores and they are extremely cheap. In the past, I have bought Lily Pulitzer Planners (which are amazing), but I figured I would try something new this year that was a little less expensive. Linked is a planner similar to the one I purchased (could not find mine online).
2. Pencil Pouch: pens, pencils, highlighters
- Writing is a must during class, so why not write in style? Linked are my personal favorite pencil, pens and highlighters along with some cute pencil pouches!

- I like my pencils to be really thick, which is why I always get the 0.9 mm. This is my favorite brand I get as well! Mechanical is easy for me, because then I never have to worry about sharpening them.

- I also like my pens to be thick, so I get this variety back every year! In my planner, I use a different pen color for each class. This is why I chose to get the pen package with multiple colors.
Highlighters: Link Here ($9.79)
- I am personally a fan of the sharpie brand highlighters, because I think they last for a long time. I normally just use yellow to mark off all items I have completed in my planner, but different colors are fun as well!

3. Band-Aids/First Aid Kit: Link Here ($10.93)
- I am so accident prone, so I always need band-aids! I have a small first aid kit in my backpack just in case!
4. Hand Sanitizer: Link Here ($6.00)
- I get my hand sinister from Bath and Body works, but you can obviously get them ANYWHERE! Hand Sanitizer is essential when you are walking all over campus and in so many classrooms.
5. Water Bottle: Link Here ($29.00)
- I think Swell Water Bottles are adorable, practical and keep your water cold for a long time! However, some other good brands are Corkcickle, Camel Back, and any others that you can grab and take with you on the go.
- My favorite gum right now is Trident Bubble Gum! I feel like the flavor lasts for SUCH a long time. My favorite mints right now are the Icebreaker's Duo Strawberry mints. Both are sugar free!
7. Laptop
- I have the MacBook Pro 15" inch display with Touch Bar, and I absolutely love it!
8. Folders & Notebooks
- Both are essential for class and outside activities!

- Love my sticky notes for quick notes I need on the go!

- You never know when it is going to rain on campus, so it is always a good idea to have an umbrella handy just in case!
