I don't know about you guys, but I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. While trying to be healthy, I know that it is impossible to deprive myself of treats that I love. Here are some healthier alternatives to the sweets we know and love. These items are lower in sugar, have cleaner ingredients, and are mostly gluten / dairy free. Let me know if you like this post, and I can definitely do more healthier alternatives to other types of foods as well!
