Quarantine Recipes: Cauliflower Fried Rice

Staying healthy is a must during this crazy time! That is why I love making my favorite @BirdsEyeVegetables Cauliflower Fried Rice recipe! It is super simple and a great alternative to real rice!

Recipe Below:

Ingredients

- 2 eggs

- Whole Bag of @BirdsEyeVegetables Riced Cauliflower Original

- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots

- Avocado Spray

- Red Pepper Flakes

- Nutritional Yeast

- Salt & Pepper (optional)

How to Prepare

1. Heat stove top on medium heat

2. Spray non-stick spray (I use Avocado Spray)

3. Pour whole bag of Cauliflower Rice & 1/2 cup of Shredded Carrots

4. Mix Occasionally for 3 minutes

5. Pour 2 eggs into mixture and stir for 3 more minutes

6. Add desired seasonings (all optional)

- Nutritional Yeast

- Red Pepper Flakes

- Salt & Pepper

- Paprika

- Garlic Powder

- Onion Powder

7. Enjoy!

This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and is rich in protein, healthy fats and lots of veggies! Cauliflower rice is a great alternative to normal rice, and this frozen bag has an extremely long shelf life.
